My appointment was for 10 AM. I received two texts and a personal phone call to confirm that appointment, each one DEMANDING that I be there at 9:30. So I was there at 9:30 and waited an hour until 10:30 to be called back for my test. If you want to waste a lot of time, go here. But I suggest you gow someplace else.

Wouldn't recommend this place to have anything done. Not very good at managing scans.

OH MY GOD - PLEEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I am sending this from Colorado. My older father was seen at this exact location within the last week. He presented with post-Covid complications of a very swollen leg and three red and raised spots on his leg. Unable to wear a sock or shoe and in immense pain, my father was referred here due to possible blood clots (post-Covid complication). This company sucks. How do they stay in business. They treat customers like crap. I am in terrible pain and have been trying to get a CT scan for over a month. 4 times they have postponed my appointment; twice because they had no tech to operate the machine and twice because they failed to get the insurance authorization. The exam was scheduled 3 weeks ago and they call me the day before the exam to tell me there is a problem with the insurance authorization. I never have had experienced a medical treatment facility that doesn’t take a patient’s medical condition in consideration when providing medical services to a patient. Cleveland Imaging does not care about patient’s medical condition when they provide services. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY OR THEIR PARENT ORGANIZATION, Chattanooga Imagining for me or my family again.

This place needs a lot of organization. They never answer the phone. After my doctors office called me and had not gotten the results I then went by and they gave me a written report but said a cd was $25. The report says the study was hampered by motion degrading detail. Go elsewhere.
