I went to see Josh for smoking. I smoked 25-plus years. I sat down with Josh we started talking the time flew by. I didn't realize I was hypnotized. Well it has been 3 months of no smoking. There where some urges to smoke but Josh gives you some tools to use. It has worked very well. When cigarettes in ohio are $8.50 a pack. The money you spend with Josh is nothing. Plus I feel so much better. FYI I am 61 years old
I had seen a segment about Josh Singer and his work on Channel 8. He had helped a woman with her weight loss. Traditional diet programs did not work for me at this point in my life. The only tools I had were "weighing" and "counting." I needed a new, different mindset. I contacted Josh and through him I gained new tools and a new outlook for my success. I'm looking forward to the months ahead!!
