Had a appointment which I have been waiting for for 3 months to be told 24 hours befor she doesn’t specialise in that area receptionist was very rude blamed the whole thing on myself and a new work employee I asked for help in referring me to someone that could help only to be told it was up to me to figure it out. A bit of communication and understanding and a bit of help would of been nice instead now I have another long 12 weeks wait to get an appointment somewhere else
