Appointment was at 11am that I waited for many weeks. I'm reception since 10:40am. 11am staff worker comes in with coffees and marshmallows, laughter, celebrations could be heard between all doctors. I was made 30 mins while everyone drank coffee and enjoy themselves while I was having anxiety attack. After being called in , white powder was all over doctor gamages face. Had a appointment which I have been waiting for for 3 months to be told 24 hours befor she doesn’t specialise in that area receptionist was very rude blamed the whole thing on myself and a new work employee I asked for help in referring me to someone that could help only to be told it was up to me to figure it out. A bit of communication and understanding and a bit of help would of been nice instead now I have another long 12 weeks wait to get an appointment somewhere else
