Most of the labs within the company are chaotic and extremely dysfunctional, and this one is of no exception. The pay is decent in the non-technical areas (as long as you’re working overtime) and much better in the technical areas. The company provides tuition assistance, however, it’s vital to find a department with competent coworkers and leaders to truly enjoy your work environment.
