My audiologist was great. I haven’t had my hearing checked since Covid and I’m a nurse. She listened to some of the problems I have with my hearing and wearing the aids and got me exactly what I needed. My hearing aids took about 2 weeks to come after the approval and they were able to schedule me shortly after they arrived in office.
I went in today to have my first hearing test done since I was in elementary school. Being that I worked in the dental field for almost 50 years, I felt that I lost a bit of hearing from the noise of the dental drill. My audiologist Maddie, explained everything so wonderfully to me. Yes, I do have mild hearing loss. So, I will be wearing my set of Hearing AIDS. It's a nice facility. The staff seemed friendly. I would recommend this place if anybody asks.

Mandy was so great with my husband. She explained everything clear and right to him. Andy was surprised to found out that his hearing aids was covered under his insurance. When he got in the van, he was crying. Thank you Maddy for this. Everyone front the front desk to the time you leave was great.
