Amazing! The Dr was gentle, kind, and explained everything that was going to happen, what to do, and the results! Definitely recommend!
Yesterday I went to CHSC Lyndhurst office to have a routine hearing test and to have my hearing aids adjusted. Rachel (Dr Lester) was wonderful as usual. Not only did she listen and took what I said and worked it int the new hearing aid settings, I felt that she genuinely cared for me as a person.
for hearing aids under warrantee, CHSC has several walk-in clinics each week where you can bring in your hearing aids and have them inspected and tubes changed at no cost. I pay $20 each for out-of-warrantee units. I have been a patient of CHSC for over 10 years, and they do take time to discuss ways to protect your aids from damage. this is my third set of hearing aids with them, and i find that they do make great choices that provide excellent service and reasonable cost in my hearing aids. I am very satisfied with them.

My appointment today was right on schedule with Ursula. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining what hearing aids were available thru my insurance and what my co pay would be. Had all my insurance info on her computer at her finger tips. She also went over my Audiology exam and clearly explained it's outcome. The office was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. The front desk staffer was friendly and helpful when setting up my next appointment.
