Jennifer was extremely helpful and caring. The front desk person that checked us in was also great. I am very pleased with my experience.
I visited Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center expecting to be sold new hearing aids. I have been disappointed with them since I got them at UH. Jennifer tested my hearing and hearing aids. She spent time programming, and adjusting them and giving me use instruction. I highly recommend them. My only complaint is that as soon as I drove away my car had several rattles I had not heard before.
I had problems with one of my hearing aids. They shipped it to the factory which repaired it under warranty. They also added t-coil to my hearing aids, which will allow me to hear even better in venues that have this installed. Very pleased with their service
