Jessie was AMAZING. Another flooring company bailed on us last minute and we were moving to the area and wanted to get our floors done before we moved in and she squeezed us in last minute and finished our floors just in time and they look incredible. We wanted a lighter/ natural oak finish as opposed to the orange oak floors that were currently there and they came out exactly as we hoped and her crew was so accommodating to other contractors needing to get in our home as well. I would highly recommend her!
Jessie and her company are such a pleasure to work with. They are THE experts when it comes to hardwood restoration. Anthony, who did the refinishing, was awesome. I’m so happy we went with CHR. They brought new life to our floors and were extremely efficient (as we were up against somewhat of a strict deadline). Highly recommend!
After they installed a new kitchen floor (to perfection) we had them back to refinish the floors in both the adjoining dining room and kitchen to match. Best idea ever! So happy with the finished product AND the overall experience. If we had more hardwood floors to beautify on we would totally call CHR first. ✔️ customer service ✔️price ✔️quality of job I’m a self-proclaimed nervous Nellie.
