Extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and service. We hired CHR to refinish our entryway floors in our old (1902) Lakewood home. We were so happy with the results that we decided to hire them again to redo our entire stairway and refinish our master bedroom floors. I can't say enough good things about working with Jessie and her crew. Professional from start to finish. She kept us informed about daily progress and was super easy to communicate with. We had an unexpected hiccup at the start of the job (you never know what you're going to find when you pull up the original floor!) But they still got the job done in time for our scheduled move-in date. I would absolutely recommend their work to anyone.
We are so pleased with our floors refinished by CHR! They did a beautiful job and communicated very well during the whole process. Highly recommend!!!!
Jessie and the team were amazing to work with from start to finish. Handled any questions/concerns right away. They are also very efficient in their work. The end product is absolutely gorgeous!!
We hired Jessie and her team to fix a horrific job done by another floor company. Due to the initial problems we were also in a bit of a time crunch. She managed to get us on her schedule quickly and her team did an outstanding job sanding and finishing the floor. The work we impeccable. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication on the type of finish (water based or oil based).
