Jessie and her team were an absolute joy to work with!! She explained everything well to me and was available throughout the process to answer any questions we had. The project started when she said (and everyone was on time for everything) and even wrapped up a day early. My floors look absolutely incredible. Jessie was AMAZING. Another flooring company bailed on us last minute and we were moving to the area and wanted to get our floors done before we moved in and she squeezed us in last minute and finished our floors just in time and they look incredible. We wanted a lighter/ natural oak finish as opposed to the orange oak floors that were currently there and they came out exactly as we hoped and her crew was so accommodating to other contractors needing to get in our home as well. I would highly recommend her!
Jessie and her company are such a pleasure to work with. They are THE experts when it comes to hardwood restoration. Anthony, who did the refinishing, was awesome. I’m so happy we went with CHR. They brought new life to our floors and were extremely efficient (as we were up against somewhat of a strict deadline). Highly recommend!
