The whole customer experience with Cleveland has gone way downhill recently. I have a full set of irons from a few years ago that I really like, and the ordering and shipping were excellent. About a year ago, I ordered 2 fairway woods that I like, but they shipped later than promised and communication was not great. I not only do not understand all of the negative reviews about Cleveland golf, but I could not disagree with them more. I have purchased custom clubs from them on multiple occasions, and have had great experiences each time. And contrary to what many reviews here have stated, I received excellent customer service.
