The gym this place has is truly terrible. Most of the equipment is from the 80s or 90s. If it weren't for the fact that this place was somehow better than the only other gym in town I wouldn't have a membership and there's no way anyone else would be willing to pay $22/mo to use its absolute garbage equipment. I have recently gotten into running and I came here to use the treadmill only to find that of the three treadmills, one is so loud when you use it, that you should probably wear hearing protection. I travel for work and over the years have been to more chiropractors and Dr 's for pain. He has been the only Dr to get me out of pain and maintain it. I was scheduled for shoulder surgery and went to him because of the pain. After that visit, I canceled my surgery. Been pain free ever since. Thank you!!!
