Zero stars if I could. Was looking at the valentines display, walked over to a friend waiting nearby saying I’ll come back for those, only to be yelled at across the centre for “touching” the flowers. Went to the florist around the corner and bought a bouquet instead. Made sure to tell them on the way back that that’s what I did for being so rudely yelled at. Unbelievable
27December24, my wife purchased an arrangement from Frannies for 10th Anniversary of her Father's passing. As of 7January25, the roses are still standing tall. I would add a photo here if I could. Very impressed with the service and the price.
