Gorgeous flowers, delivered on time, and excellent customer service from employees.
Love this place! The flowers always look so beautiful! They did my wedding flowers and it was the highlight of the wedding!

Haven't shopped here nor will I ever. The woman there is so rude. I had the misfortune of meeting that woman today because cops had the place I wanted to get to blocked off and they told me to park in her parking lot till they could get moved. I give 2 star just because she does have signs that say only shoppers for her business parking but I was directed to there by cops.
My wife LOVES her engagement anniversary bouquet! Thanks to the Cleveland Florist team for being so creative and making this design from scratch!
