RecommendedI have been going to Dr.Le for about 1 1/2 years.Please be sure to click on my msg to read all. If you want to see Dr.Le make sure you make an appointment on the day he is in. He has spent 45 minutes to an hour with me. So caring listens to you and your needs. They have a few locations so make sure you Ask for the one you want. But also his physicians asst or NP are great. Norma who answers the phone there is extremely disrespectful. I called up there back on Jan 24th regarding how they billed my insurance (coded wrong) at 10:48AM that morning. She told me she would personally fix it and it would be addressed. I called back 3 weeks later after finding out it wasn't fixed on February 13th at 2:13PM again to let her know it had been 3 weeks and still not fixed. Its Whacked! This doctor started yelling at me for visiting his other clinic in coldspring. he literally jumped my case for not coming to his office. This doctor had been wonderful for over 5 years of being his patient but after i seen his crazy side i wouldn't recommend him to nobody. This has caused me to have several panic attacks because now i have to find another doctor. He is not very professional and obviously don't care about his patients.
