Worse experience ever. My daughter was referred here because she failed her eye exam at her doctors office. We had an appointment and still waited for hours. They are highly unprofessional. They are horrible with kids. I would not recommend taking a child here. They do not have the right equipment to treat small children nor do they have the training . When we were finally seen they administered eye drops to dilate my child's eyes. Yes, she has brown eyes so the two drops were not enough. And of course my child did not want ... read more
My husband and I have had custody of grands for 18 years! I, personally had knowledge of the Doctors @ Cleveland Eye Clinic previous to this time. We immediately set our "little" children up for eye appointments. Doctors there are wonderful, informative and truly caring. Appointments are easily obtained, and fulfilled. Staffing there is fantastic! Service is always an actual pleasure and you know for a fact, you have received the very best of care and attention. I recommend this group to anyone and everyone!
