I was referred to Dr Luka by my eye specialist. Dr Luka was very through in explaining the surgery. He gave step by step process of my recovery. He continued treatment making sure the eye has healed properly. The technicians especially Jade was very friendly and helpful.
The staff at the reception were friendly, and the nurse was excellent and friendly, too. I would come back here if the need arises.🩷🩷🩷
I have always had a wonderful experience at Cleveland Eye Clinic. The Staff are friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr. Luca did my cataract surgery, and it went very well . The recovery was quick, and I just really had a good experience. He took his time to explain everything and to put me at ease. I highly recommend any one of them.
Office staff do not know what they are doing. My mom is here to see a nurse for preop and an hour later her chart hasn’t even been set up to send to appropriate person. Now as she has finally got back to a person they can’t do the preop because no one told her to take her contacts out for a week in order to be even measured for surgery. So a total flop appointment.
