Mark came on a Saturday evening because our smoke alarm was bleeping even after using new batteries. He arrived quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem as well as other faults on our fuse board. Fortunately he was carrying the parts we needed. I have no hesitation in recommending him because he was efficient, pleasant and professional

Called Mark out after normal hours 6/45pm Arrived after 15 minutes carried out checks and seemed to have a plan Had to remove washing machine from under stairs cupboard to access consumer unit to carry out full checks on all electrics to confirm an appliance causing trip of consumer unit Having checked all circuits and appliances were safe he gave us an all clear Mark was very friendly and polite We now have his mobile number on our phones in case we or any friends need a reliable electrician
