Dr. Matthew McDonnell was a great ENT! I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but my experience was completely different. He was attentive, compassionate, and truly listened to my concerns. I saw him for chronic laryngitis, and he provided clear explanations and helpful recommendations, including voice rest. It’s a shame that some people wrote such negative things because I did not experience that at all. I truly appreciate his care and expertise—highly recommend!

In the 5 minutes spent with 'Doctor' Mcdonnell, I know more about his politics than the issue I came in for. In that 5 minutes, he was able to crowbar in a recommendation to have an expensive procedure in the very low likelihood it would solve my issue.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I took my mother to her appointment and he abruptly came in, stayed for about 3-5 minutes because he wouldn’t even let her speak! My mother was desperately trying to explain to him her actual symptoms when he completely cut her off and said “there’s nothing I can do to help you….. I’m out” and walked out of the door with his hand waving in a “see ya” gesture…..My mother then started to cry as he walked out and he “yelled” from about two doors down “exit to your left” before walking in... read more

Horrible experience. He talked down to me as if i was an incompetent child. He dismissed my concerns very quickly and would interrupt me if i tried to speak about my issues. There were no recommendations and he refused to do testing as he was absolutely sure there was nothing wrong with me. I left feeling like i had been stepped all over. Please never see this man. He doesn’t care about you.
