Always a great experience when I go! Everyone is so friendly and I actually like to go to the dentist now!
Everyone was very nice. The receptionist knew what insurances they could take or not take and they answered questions. The technician that brought me back explained what she was doing before she did it, she answered any questions I had. Dr. John he's very thorough in explaining everything I wanted to know about my teeth.
We had such a great experience at Cleveland Dentistry & Braces.The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dentist was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Jack even called later in the evening and checked in on my kids after having some work done.
