Dr. Nora at Cleveland Dental Institute is an incredibly patient and thorough dentist. She took the time to explain everything about my teeth and answered all of my questions with great care. During my visit, she also recommended services I wasn’t aware of, like teeth whitening and custom trays, which are offered at the facility. I’ve been a patient for a while, and I had no idea these services were available! The front desk staff is also friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming.
They don't answer the phone and front desk girls are rude and don't know what they're doing. Billed coverage without service actually being done.
Office is clean has a nice warm and relaxing vibe they are efficient wait time is not long at all I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes yhe nurses and technicians are so sweet and took my nerves away they explained everything that was going on and actually asked which procedure i would pefer and i felt heard i will definitely comeback
Awesome experience Dr. Azawi is amazing; my daughter loves her. We were referred to this office for a root canal and I opted to move here because I loved the care , concern and attention to detail!!!
