This office is a joke!!! The front desk people are awesome tho!! The assistants are cool.. it’s the dentist and that one manager! Three appointments later and they still haven’t did my son fill in!!! Each time it’s an excuse! They love saying come back! For what?? It’s always a different dentist telling me different stuff . When I ask to speak to the Manager today ,She basically didn’t know what she was talking about or what to say . She couldn’t explain why it take three visits to get a simple fill in. Dr Malek did 2 fillings.. bottom right side.. she swears up & down she did the very back tooth.. she did NOT.. I have never had a problem with that tooth.. that is a bigger tooth, I would remember if she did it.. she said she did the very back & the one next to it.. what a bold faced liar.. she did the 2 next to the 2 in the back..she's going to stand there & debate me & basically call me a liar.. The doctors are rude, especially the small one. She talks to people any type of way. The manager is unprofessional. The office a terrible and needs a cleaning

Cleveland Dental Institute in Garfield Hts, is above & beyond the BEST!! and I mean not just1or 2 people, but everyone that works here.. Sage is freakin' amazing, always kind & helpful.. Dr Alba has always been a pleasure to work with, & a very kind lady.. Dr Melak, is the best shot injector ever.. you don't feel it.. she is very sweet & listens to your concerns.. from the staff at the front desk, especially Paulina to the people that call you into the back are just good people!!
