I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Cleveland Dental Clinic this morning. I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for a dental emergency, and the appointment was confirmed the day before. I provided my insurance information, including my membership ID and group number, ahead of time. When I arrived this morning, I was told they did not have the insurance information they needed. I had my teeth extracted and dentures made. I had to go back and get 3 or 4 Roots that he left in my mouth to be taken out and get my dentures resized. The tooth layout is completely off-centered on top! This morning while brushing my dentures a tooth fall off my dentures. I don't eat nuts and I don't chew on ice so there no reason that should have happened!
Very bad dental office. I will be filing a lawsuit against them soon for ruining my teeth…I do not advise anyone to go to them. It is the worst dental clinic and they do not have experience…. I can't eat anything anymore because of the doctor; they ruined my teeth.
