Darrin at Cleveland Cremation did a wonderful job of helping me with all the cremation arrangements when my husband passed. All my questions and concerns were quickly answered and made this difficult time less stressful. All the paperwork could be filled out online which made the process so much easier. The Worst!!! No pictures of visitation room, AND THEY WON'T PUT THEM UP OR SUPPLY THEM TO THE CALLER, indicating a poor facility. The interior pictures that are shown of unrelated rooms look shabby. They have pictures of funerals in general probably done by professionals or purchased stock photos. BEWARE. In talking to the owner--sounds shady and unhelpful-- as if there IS something to hide. During one of the most difficult times we have faced, Jason and Darrin were supportive, efficient and very empathetic. Being able to do everything online gave my family the allowance of taking breaks and taking our time dealing with the emotional aspect of some of the difficult parts.
