They were really great to deal with during such a difficult a time. My mom passed away at Cleveland Clinic, which is 2 hours from our house. They handled everything electronically. I was very pleased with the way things were handled for my husbands funeral. There was a problem with the Death Certificate, the hospital had not signed it for 5 days so Darrin drove 1-1/2 hours to the hospital to get it. They are very professional and caring.
