Beware ordering urns through their website they put my mother in an urn I didn't order and too late to do much about it.
We had a wonderful experience with Cleveland Creation. They assisted us we were confused with all the paperwork and they were so patient with us and they stayed on the phone the whole time with us until we finished everything.
Every person with whom I spoke in the process was genuinely sharing their personal sympathy for the loss of my cousin. The care and attention given to every detail and question was far beyond just good business practice. At such a difficult time, their collective character through the entirety of the passing of my cousin was heartwarming and appreciated by all family members.
