I rarely ever leave reviews. It takes something extreme for me to do so. Do NOT order from this shady guy. What Sheila said in her review a few below mine is almost exactly what happened to me. Days turned into weeks with no response on my order. I had to email him 6-7 times for every ONE reply. He all but disappeared after he got my payment. We purchased a Cleveland Browns (Brownie Elf) Cornhole set and bags for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. While it took longer than expected to receive them and there were a few issues with the original set, we are so very happy with the level of service we received as well as the end product. The owner was extremely responsive and very professional throughout the process. The set is of very high quality and looks amazing! We can’t wait to use them this summer! Thank you Cleveland Cornhole for a job well done!
I would recommend this company to anyone!! I opted to pick up my boards to save some money but an unexpected event happened that prevented me from getting them in time before Christmas, the owner kindly delivered the boards to my house free of charge!! Such good customer service!
We ordered Browns cornhole boards and corn bags on 7/18/2021. The $300 was taken from my account that same day. The site states that the boards take 7-10 days to complete. We opted to pick up our boards to save money and we live on the west-side. Confirmation order email states the pick up address is "3783 W. 137 St. Cleveland, OH." After more than 10 days, my husband contacted the owner who said he had some accident that delayed the boards. OK..we can understand that. Was in a pinch to find a gift for my nephew Jacob's Bar Mitzvah. My wife's boyfriend had heard from a friend that CLE Cornhole had reputable work. Could not be more pleased with what we received despite the short notice.
