Amazing company. I work in the engineering department and this is the only place I have worked at where I like everyone I work with and everyone does the work they are supposed to do. I feel my work is valued and my opinion respected. They are more than happy to be flexible with any reasonable request. The employee retention speaks volumes for how incredible the work environment is, and it would be difficult to find another workplace that would match the quality of Codonics.

Echoing what another reviewer said. Miserable workforce, sub-"floor manager" who has been there 11 years but has the intelligence of a kumquat. They actually DO tell lies to your recruiting company to get you fired! I have never experienced this before, but as the other reviewer said its true!!! Unreal!
