Horrible ER. You wait for hours before they get you to a room. Then they run one test, wait an hour to come back in to run another test, and then the nurses just completely disappear for hours. Some of the nurses are ok, but most just don’t care and have the attitude that “I don’t care, I get paid either way.” They are cocky as hell.
My family and I were driving home from vacation in South Carolina on July 11, 2026 when I experienced the worst headache/migraine of my life. My wife took over driving, between her and my 17 year old daughter they found Union Hospital. She pulled in, security got me out of the passenger seat, into a wheelchair, and to CT scan within what seemed a matter of minutes. Hello to anyone that cares this hospital is not worth it at all they have staff that don't truly at all or they would do there jobs right they ignore the call light and also give you 3 breathing treatments at once and when you bring it up to the Doctor that the girl gave 3 at once and get the response of "No she didn't that's not how it was ordered" like mam with all doo respect she gave her 3 and even admitted it I have seen with my own eyes 1 ta 2 treatment in the adapter and the last time we were here the same lady that d... read more
i went in with appendicitis and also found out I had diverticulitis. Both were very painful, but Union Hospital took care of it. My surgeon Dr. Travato was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. The nursing staff and aids were all excellent on the second floor, but One nurse stood out above the rest, His name was Troy and he was probably the best nurse that I've ever had. He was.very attentive and made sure that I was taken care of! Thank you, Union Hospital and a special thanks to Troy!
