I am disabled and I called Cleveland clinic to schedule a appointment on 7/22/25 so my doctor can read my ct scan of my lungs and the receptionist gave me a appointment date in late November 3 months after my CT scan .unacceptable for a patient to wait so long to have results explained to them

This 1-Star rating is not intended for the staff, just the facility. First of all, why is valet parking $12? Highway robbery! The garage is bad enough with Cleveland Clinic giving no vouchers to park there free of charge. I expected to at least get that! My garage fee was $6 for one and a half hours. In the radiology department where I was scheduled for a test, the receptionist who took my information was very nice, but the tiny waiting room had a patient with two phones. I arrived at this facility with an EMERGENCY MEDICAL ORDER, a situation that legally and ethically demands swift, competent care. What I encountered instead was systemic disorganization, staff unwilling or unable to assist, and a culture devoid of accountability. This place sucks, I had to actually get patient advocates just for a miss jennifer to get me my medications. Then she made up some excuse that she was sick conveniently, I just asked if they can confirm that this was the case because it wasn’t adding it up with what the other nurses were saying and what did they do ? They had me confront her. What kind of patient advocacy would do that?
