I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible care my daughter and I received at the Cleveland Clinic outpatient Therapy department in Euclid. My daughter’s physical therapist, Thomas, went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. During her therapy session, she suddenly became very ill—she was in severe pain and began throwing up. Google Map marked it on a wrong location. Here is Building 4 while Rehab is actually Building 5. The website listed here is also inaccurate. I have been reporting this since my son began his rehab last year and hope this can be resolved by 2026.

This center offers so many great physical therapy options. I am well supported by the therapists and they make recovery easier. Two improvements that would make it 5-stars- 1) PT is different than other health appointments, you are often scheduling 2 or more a week over a long period of time, it would be lovely to not go through the general scheduling system to grab my appointment times. 2) Reception is touch and go-- it's been better recently, but considering the high amount of touchpoints and complications with PT billing ... read more

The lady at check in on 3rd floor rude. She yells to me Last name and made no eye contact and yelled last name. What happened to privacy. Get some manners by the way and treat ALL patients respectfully. The PT however is wonderful
