I like the doctors but their phone system is a mess. You cannot get anyone to answer when you call. Calling for an appointment no one every answers the phone in person. They say they will call you back but do not. You sometime have to call several days in a row to get an appointment. I don't understand when they have all the workers that no one will every answer the phone in person instead tell you which department you need and they say they will call you back but they don't. A good way to lose business.
