I am deeply disappointed by the repeated lack of professionalism at the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Cleveland Clinic site. Most recently, I called twice following an appointment to arrange my scheduled transportation home, only to be sent directly to voicemail. Beyond this incident, phone interactions with the administrative staff are consistently dismissive and unwelcoming. So far I'm pleased with the staff and services.
Came to the express care and had a great experience. I didn’t wait long before I was pulled back. The staff was nice from to time I walked in , until the time I left . They didn’t make me feel rushed , or like I wasn’t supposed to be there . The NP Vicky was very patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend for all express care (non life threatening ) needs
