Jim and Mary made me so comfortable im terrible at mri im so chlosterphobic it's unreal they helped me so much made me feel completely comfortable i cant thank them enough I have to do them every 3 months I just pray they are who I get next time they work so well together and talked to me the whole time and helped me through it all they even gave me a parascope to look through so I could see in front of me very nice the best mri experience I ever had they deserve a raise

While we sat in the lobby, while for my mother-in-law,was getting an MRI the reception was training a new employer, and the lady training her kept talking about every employer here.and the customer that came in it's a shame a new employee had to go though it

I had such a fun time! I was fully aware they told me to come at 720am, then Google Maps told me they didn't open till 8am, I believed google and was late to my appt. The lady at the front desk was a bit short with me (fully understandable!!) But they were able to see me still regardless. The other staff were personable, made me feel cozy, and even provided me with an extra bit of apparel with my gown as I'm a breastfeeding mother.
