My therapist, Dr. Connor Geer is awesome. He is knowledgeable, patient, caring, and focused.
I liked how nice the staff was and how effective the therapy was for me. I had sciatica and was walking with a cane for my first two appointments so having the parking so close to the entrance. By my third appointment I no longer needed the cane. They have evening appointments. You check in at a kiosk for evening appointment. Their waiting room isn't real big, but I never waited more than 5 minutes. It was never full. . When you leave they give you a printout of all the exercises you need to do. The staff is fantastic. They worked around my work schedule and within my comfort level to get me moving after my knee surgery.
I was referred to a therapist at this location, to be evaluated for a hand splint due to arthritis. The first word out her mouth was (looking at my hands), this didn't happen overnight. And started making comments on whatever she interpreted as my problems, completely unrelated to my visit. Total lack of compassion, blaming the victim and generally bad attitude. I walked out feeling beaten up and without the splints that I asked for in the first place, what a waste of time. I don't recommend this facility. For your own peace... read more
