The therapist are all very nice and knowledgeable the doctors are great everyone was very friendly and professional group therapy is actually fun and the food is pretty goood too
The physical therapy with Dave and occupational therapy with Jen were excellent‼️ Communication from the nurses at night was not as positive at all times with the exception of a lady named Que. Daytime staff were very caring and attentive. Doctor on staff, Dr. Richmond, was also very responsive to all questions and concerns pertaining to my dad. Care Manager Erika was incredibly impersonal lacking a caring people-centric attitude in her role. Her demeanor came across as the patient was just a case #.
From the time I got here till the time I left I got excellent care from the nurses and rehab assistance. My therapist were always very friendly and taught me a lot to get me 100% better than when I came in that day. The food was very good. I was very pleased with everyone here.
