This is an alleged acute rehabilitation facility that I'm being discharged from against my will. They used an unverified weight showing me approximately 80 over true weight thus blocking me from using true rehabilitation equipment for the first 7 days. The nursing department hurt me numerous times that was reported to supervision. (Not all the nurses/aides were brutal, some were very kind) The rehabilitation physician flat out was dishonest about supporting me (witness) when I was fighting discharge.
