Horrible
Had an MRI scan the other day, unfortunately had to wait for 25 min to be admitted, the team didn’t communicate well on the process and what to expect from it, none of them spoke English very well. After the scan, I was rushed because “there are other people already waiting”. Quite an economy service for a premium price
This review is only for Professor Abdul Aziz. He was absolutely excellent and would highly recommend him. The reception staff both downstairs and the ones on his floor were unprofessional. They need training and a lesson in how to behave when patients are waiting. The two men behind the counter were behaving like school boys. Not impressed.

Senthill Nathan was so lazy and disinterested that after months of urinal bleeding which he kept dismissing as another UTI Itransferred myself to the NHS who within a week of testing diagnosed prostate cancer, bladder cancer and urethral cancer. Major operation to remove and so far each scan/checck up comes up clear. Left to Senthil Nathan I probably would have died by now.
