Disappointing experience, never again. 330 pounds charged, for only 5 minutes with the doctor, to tell me that I need to have an MRI, and who seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of me quickly to get the next 300 or 500, the feeling I got, that they only see you as money. As for the service at the reception, miserable, they didn't know how to print the payment receipt, and one was asking the other how they would do it, they also shared their snacks as if they were with their friends in a pub, and very snobbish in general. sham... read more
Haven’t even booked an appointment, but the admin teams lack of professionalism is atrocious. Multiple people were left unable to answer when I asked them for more clarity and information regarding the best consultant for my case. Kept telling me to call this number and that number sending me back and forth and I’m already in a very fragile state. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Paul Jarman. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain my symptoms in detail, helping me understand what was causing them. He showed genuine care and professionalism throughout the consultation, and made me feel reassured that nothing serious was happening and that I would recover. I truly appreciated his calm and empathetic approach and I highly recommend both the doctor and the clinic.
