Terrible service the reception was curt had no interest in taking the call. Asking me questions in an abrupt tone. Limited people skills... However the consultant was amazing friendly and very engaging. ....Unfortunately not the same can be said for the receptionist.
What a mess of a clinic. Their website says to call for appointments, which I did and said it was urgent for tomorrow or the day after. They then proceed to tell me to email instead because they can’t check the availability… I call back to tell them I’ve sent it just to be told that it takes anywhere between 3-7 days to process the email with the script. What?!?!? Why would you make me do work when I’ve made it clear I need an urgent appointment? Absolute mess! The state of healthcare in this country is a mess. Biggest joke ... read more
