Am I the only one who thinks the cosmetic center at cleveland clinic is super sketchy? No photos to show to clients most of the time, very rude doctors, no matter your results will not offer you a refund, it just seems very farmer and cattle like here. Clearly the patient is not the top priority here. Also recently I was WAY overcharged and had to figure that out.. The phone receptionist at main campus just says “Oh she often overcharges on accident in the billing department” Mhm ya ok LOL whatever lady. Luckily I caught it.... read more
Paid 200$ for consult was a good consult. To bad the doctor just disappears after taking said consult money and reschedules you a month later every month until you find someone else.
Dr Rampazzo is hands down the best!! He takes his time to make sure everything is right. I felt like i was in good hands from the start. He is a caring Dr that goes over and beyond.
Had surgery here the experience was smooth the staff were friendly and patient especially with me I was very nervous so I rate them 5 stars
