I have never had to wait long for prescriptions. The staff is friendly and helpful!
They're nice, but I question their competence. Every month my order is messed up. They just can't seem to get it right. They try to fix it & mess it up again. I don't have a lot of faith... hopefully my meds are correct.
Love Cleveland clinic and the pharmacy is very helpful and clean. However the lines are extremely long. I arrived on a Saturday with the line wrapped all the way down to the ED. Several people even left because there was no movement. There was only one pharmacy tech cashing out customers and on average it took 10 min per customer. I’ve never experienced anything like it. If you plan to go to this pharmacy, just expect to wait roughly 1 hour.
