Great location to the Cleveland Clinic. I will say this though...I could not get to my car but I could see it when I set the alarm off. So, there were approximately 15 valet attendants standing at the valet parking level so I asked could someone help me...at least 10 stood chuckling, shaking their heads and turning their backs on me...1 attendant stepped forward and helped me an older gentleman. Used Parking #1 on day of surgery. Very helpful that the parking options are labeled in Google Maps & the directions take you right to the entrance. Plenty of parking spots available. All day parking was $12 plus there’s a tunnel to get you into the Clinic without having to be outside in the weather. Definitely helped not add to the stress of the day!
It's affordable and is in a great location so 5 stars for that but... It's rough! Entering was difficult because a bus was parked in the right turn only lane going into the garage. So we were backed up about 10 cars. When I finally did get in I found it a very crowded garage with narrow rows. I'd be surprised if there aren't fender benders in this garage on a regular basis.
Honestly had one of the worst days trying to go to building B and Parking lot #1. There’s construction all over and no detours are marked at all. I had no idea how to find this parking lot and had to ask 2 different people. Turns out the only way to get there from the right side, was to go into the bus lane and turn left where it clearly says do not turn left.
