My husband's mother required surgery at Cleveland Clinic with a week stay post-op. We only found out after she was released that we could have received a parking pass instead of paying the hourly rate ($7.00+) each day we visited her, and they don't tell you about it either. We found out about the parking pass from friends who had someone stay at the clinic in the past. All of the parking stalls are filled with trash on the first 2 levels because there are no trash containers and the lighting is very dim in the evenings. The... read more

Great location to the Cleveland Clinic. I will say this though...I could not get to my car but I could see it when I set the alarm off. So, there were approximately 15 valet attendants standing at the valet parking level so I asked could someone help me...at least 10 stood chuckling, shaking their heads and turning their backs on me...1 attendant stepped forward and helped me an older gentleman. Used Parking #1 on day of surgery. Very helpful that the parking options are labeled in Google Maps & the directions take you right to the entrance. Plenty of parking spots available. All day parking was $12 plus there’s a tunnel to get you into the Clinic without having to be outside in the weather. Definitely helped not add to the stress of the day!
