Let me start by saying I started coming to Cleveland Clinic in 2017 and I was so nervous at the time because it's so big. So I see the heart specialist @9300 Euclid, I go to their Starbucks on the first floor for my Carmel Reuben Crunch ex everything very light on the whip cream. Man I was so disappointed with the order and couldn't take it back because my ride was there to go back to Toledo, anyway I promised myself I was never ever going there again. Physcians are best in their knowledge , however the support staff around them. from the appointment desk, to the nursing staff , to the billing department do not meet the quality standards of even a local community hospital. It's a difficult decision; do you go to a place for your healthcare where the doctors are the best in the world but then have the frustration of a supprot staff that comes across with the attitude "we're the Cleveland Clinic...just deal with it"
