My sister just left the parking ramp and the worker who just helped scan her tickets started cussing her out, calling her horrible things bc she started to move forward before she was supposed to!? I don’t know her name but she ought to be fired for her disgusting behavior.
I'm just pissed that they charge their own employees to park here! Ridiculous!
When leaving on P1 Sunday Night at 7:20 pm Both lanes of the credit card payment were not working. Having to have 5 cars back up was frustrating. Pulled into the Employee line not seeing any signs was also frustrating. Thank God the nurse in back of us let us use her card. Why isn't there a help button or attendant available to assist?
Valet staff is aweful.....can't even speak correctly
