Great experience at this facility. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. It was obvious the PA-C who saw me (Lisa) knew what she was doing. She was thorough and answered all my questions. Even though I was there for a different reason, she noted my asthma when she listened to my lungs and asked if I needed anything for that. I was in and out in an hour and it was the weekend. I was impressed.
I have used this lab several times. Excellent service. Did not wait long and the staff is wonderful. I don't understand negative reviews. I have seen all good during my visits
I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at this facility. I called the office today, June 21, 2026, to request a routine urine test to check for protein—a completely standard medical inquiry. Instead of receiving professional guidance or assistance with scheduling, the staff member on the phone literally laughed at my request.
