I was told at scheduling after insurance that I would be able to make payments for my 300 dollars i would owe after my appointment. I clarified two or three times, possibly more because I wanted to plan and pulling money from a few pays of i needed to pay at the time of my appointment. I then show up the day of my appointment to be told I have to pay 300 dollars that day. When I questioned this because I was told otherwise from scheduling, the lady truly did not seem to care. Was quick and easy and very professional
BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! I should have read the other recent reviews , I went here for a cut in my hand that needed stitches and got charged just under $2000 dollars for 6 stiches and a tetanus shot. All kinds of random charges $577 new patient visit( I've been here in the past before it got bought) 2 separate 450+ dollar charges for the wound repair one from the physician and one from the hospital, a random $139 clinic charge and $166 for the tetanus shot plus another $145 just to administer it. Maybe nothing is perfect but they sure try to be and they have improved Enormously in the past 3+ yrs. When the place is overwhelmed with patients how can you discredit them. All of the employees there are as caring as Any I've encountered; I am a 30 yr.permanent medical patient that has journeyed from NJ back to my hometown. Keep in mind when you're discontented, we're all human here.
would not go here if i was dying that's how terrible this place is
