I had my first visit to this facility several days ago. I have not been diagnosed nor treated at this time, and hopefully never will. I will say the building could use some serious love. Coming here is not easy and some people probably come here often. Having a good atmosphere can change a persons outlook and attitude instantly, which makes the doctor to patient relationship better (in my opinion). I came to Cleveland Clinic hoping for a fresh set of eyes on my son’s very complex neurological history after years of searching for answers. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. He erased my imaging drove 38 hours to get there with urgent referrals went to ombudsman with referrals marked urgent diagnosis of sarcoidosis meningitis and systemic. Turned him into state and OIG hhs everyone nothing happened. This same thing happened in Arizona Utah they misdiagnosed me and major institutions like this haven’t helped their all covering up failed surgery CSpine when they knew I had sarcoidosis meningitis before surgery!! I was gaslit into believing all of my neurological issues were in my head and that I may have bipolar disorder after the Cleveland Clinic MISDIAGNOSED me with MS. Truly an unbelievable experience. I, in fact, do not have bipolar disorder and all of my ailments have been better recognized and helped once I left the Clinic for good.
