I went in because I did something to my wrist. I have there for 5 hours and only had an X Ray. While yes I was upset shout my wait time I also recognize that a sprain wrist isn’t top priority. What really upset me was there was a woman vomiting bile while crying and holding her right side. Nothing was done. I spoke to the triage and told them that her issues were getting worse and advised them to help immediately. They brushed what I said off. I left very upset and worried about that woman. I know Marymount gets a lot of negative reviews, so I wanted to give a positive one. I broke my ankle this past Thursday, and was rushed to the ER. My nurse was an absolute ANGEL! I believe her name was Tyree and she was phenomenal! She truly was one of the best nurses I have ever had. Also the ER doctor, Dr. Cameron Marcus was thorough, patient, and incredible bedside manner. I appreciate all they did for me ❤️
The staff doesn't care about how much pain you are in. Been waiting almost 2hrs to see someone and I keep getting told I will be seen soon. I can barely walk from they pain but they don't care about there patients
This hospital ER is UNDER-rated!! The care our son received here over Memorial weekend was EXCELLENT!! Nurses: Olivia & Anna were great! Olivia was very compassionate. The aids that watched over my son Amber & Sophia were also great. Amber went above & beyond to make sure my extended stay was as comfortable as could be while we waited for our son to get transported to a behavioral health facility. The police guards are nice and ensure the safety of the patients. I could deduct 1 star for cleanliness, but give them a break...... read more
Very grateful for the care I was shown here. They got me in quickly. I had to have emergency surgery and had phenomenal care from all the nurses I saw. They all were empathetic and caring and worked quickly. Dr. Fostyk was efficient, caring, and a great communicator and kept me updated with everything going on and answered my questions and my husbands questions with detail.
