Obvious break confirmed by Xrays taken 2 hours after arriving. Asked for ice bag immediately upon arrival and received it 4 hours later. After briefly speaking with ortho she promised pain medication immediately. My husband went to the ER here for a cardiac issue. He was immediately brought back to a private room in the emergency room. We arrived around 7:30 in the morning The attending physician in the ER decided that he was going to be need to be held for observation, even before all of the tests were complete. The first nurse he had in the ER was fantastic. She kept us informed and checked on him multiple times.
