Horrible experience during my c section. I had an unqualified doctor that tried to push the anesthesiologist to continue to give medication that I was having an allergic reaction to. Thank goodness my anesthesiologist went against the obgyn demands. I threw up and choked on my throw up during my allergic reaction. The obgyn then walked out mid c section and said she couldn’t perform. I had to have another obgyn be rushed in to finish my procedure as my organs were laying on the table. Improper billing. Improperly sent to collections. We received no care, we were not seen by a physician at any time. $700 for waiting in a waiting room with a temperature check. CEASE AND DESIST!!!!!!!
The only attention we got was taking our payment information. Horrible, horrible customer experience. Wife fell while walking dog and broke wrist. Obvious break confirmed by Xrays taken 2 hours after arriving. Asked for ice bag immediately upon arrival and received it 4 hours later. After briefly speaking with ortho she promised pain medication immediately. Two hours later with only an ice bag to show for our $$$ (and around midnight) we decided to leave and go to walk in clinic in the morning where we received prompt attent... read more
My husband went to the ER here for a cardiac issue. He was immediately brought back to a private room in the emergency room. We arrived around 7:30 in the morning The attending physician in the ER decided that he was going to be need to be held for observation, even before all of the tests were complete. The first nurse he had in the ER was fantastic. She kept us informed and checked on him multiple times.
