You cannot trust the wait times they are showing. I checked before I left home, the website stated 10 minutes. I had a 25 minute ride to get to Tiffany clinic, only to find a note posted on the door, stating Express Care is closed today. Unacceptable.
Without fail the absolute worst medical administration corporation out there second only to the County health department. Please fail harder so someone who knows what they're doing will take over
Denied my referral to see a dr for my neurological disorder
My mother is a patient of Dr. Roczniak. I waited in the Tiffany office over 60 minutes for her New Patient appointment... During this time - I witnessed the Front Desk Staff being NOTHING SHORT of patient and friendly. They helped people log into the Cleveland Clinic System, and re-directed those that accidentally Checked-in with them (instead of the Main Clinic, I guess). Well I don’t know yet I have a concussion 🤕 and I was told by south hospital to go see Dr. Dinkla I need an MRI. I hope my memory comes back because I need to work 😞 I’m going in with faith. Jesus goes in front of me.
