Very disappointed in the overall experience with Cleveland in general. From surgery, to recovery, down to being seen by a specialist - you would think it would be easy to schedule an appointment. Alot of times I found myself wondering if they knew what they were doing. Very disorganized and are really bad at following up. I had my thyroid removed last year, just the recovery alone was a nightmare and it almost seemed like I could not get help. Very convenient and less expensive than urgent care- for those minor issues. This is my second time using this clinic and I’m so grateful that I can come in without an appointment- without waiting for my doctor to have time. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I hope I won’t need to come back but I know I will.
Dino, doctor in name only! They know how to use AI as well as we do. I can sit at a computer all day and let it guide me. They never look at you and the face, in your eyes and communicate with you but the frustration doesn't stop there. Ever want to ask a question of your doctor's nurse? Good luck! You will have to endure 17 phone transfers only be told what you originally guessed. Worse than heart and family health
Yesterday, I had to leave work early in the morning because I developed a sore throat from a viral infection I caught from my little one. I went to the Express Care on Tiffany Avenue and was seen by APRN Aaron Simmons. After examining me, he said I had an ear infection and postnasal drip (which I do suffer from). BEWARE! Deceptive practice and committing insurance fraud. I went here for my annual wellness exam because it is 100% covered. To my surprise I received a bill for $224 for depression and anxiety screenings. Not once did I even say the words “Depression” or “Anxiety”. I have no medical history of depression or anxiety so this is not something I came here to discuss.
