Avoid! Worse than third world country care! I was misfortunate enough to visit this location and was left disturbed. This is not first class healthcare, this is a disgrace to Cleveland Clinic. Along with patients, the location attracts a lot of homeless people who sleep in this Emergency Room. During my visit, at least 5 homeless people simply tried to sleep in the ER. Waited for 12 hours and was not seen. Staff is horrible and has no clue what is going on.
Both times waited over 10 hours to be seen. Two patients had ostomy bag leaks in the waiting area and the whole staff including the charge nurse basically did not care and was going to let them have feces all over themselves until God knows when unless they insisted on using a triage room to change their bags.. no sense of urgency at all. It was actually insane & disappointing. People had been refused a snack of sole sort after hours of waiting and no money for the machine. Worst emergency department ever I got here a 630pm it is currently 1240am still haven’t been seen blood pressure is through the roof because of how much pain I’m in just horrible how do you get vitals taken 6 times and not be seen yet it’s going on almost 12 hours now 🤦♀️
Absolutely the worst. Waited 9 hours to never been seen. Then to be told they were running behind. Watched people come and go all day as staff ordered uber eats and BS’d at the front desk
