The service here was impeccable. I was really impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the practice.
Review is for Cleveland Clinic Appointments number - awful, so disinterested. They booked multiple pre-surgery appointments that clashed. When I phoned and told them given length of tests this wouldn't work, appointments would clash, they were totally disinterested in sorting it out. On the day, the medical team had to rearange the tests.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at the clinic. The quality of care, the professionalism of the medical team, and the outcome of my treatment and operation were outstanding, and I am very grateful for this. However, I was extremely disappointed by the process at discharge. Although my medication was requested in the morning, I was still waiting until 3 p.m. to receive it. Unhelpful, rude receptionist. Called to enquire about a standard medical letter for an upcoming operation and was told she didn't know what that was. Clearly didn’t like that I had an accent. Horrid lady, useless.
