I contacted the hospital admin staff and Dr. Nick Panagiotopoulos for a consultation for surgery. He is one of the few specialists that can perform the procedure with a DaVinci robot. They charged $400 for the phone call consult, which went well. I followed up for months afterward for a quote, received it and then followed up for months trying to schedule the procedure. Eight months have passed and I have not received a response. Very disappointing.

The medical service was ok but accounts team were very slow to send me requested info and I had to follow up several times.
Excellent, thank you for best service to sort out my shoulder injury. There seems to be a lot of modern 1st class facilities here. On my first appointment I was xrayed at 8pm in 15 mins, my waiting neighbour same on mri. Finally I had a an operation as a day case. I really can’t fault so 5* thank you
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and looked after, safe. All staff were pleasant and courteous. The interior was very clean and spotless. The room after surgery was large, comfortable and had everything you needed. The food was good and catered for all dietary needs. I would also like to thank the Cleveland in London for looking after me (Carer) as well as my son who is an adult with a learning difficulty.
