Scheduled an appointment for last Thursday. Called me to ask me reschedule to today, Tuesday. I show up for my appointment today and I am told my appointment has been CANCELLED with no prior notice. I was not allowed to reschedule in the office and was told to wait for a phone call. I am a college student. I missed 3 classes today getting to an appointment that didn't even happen. I will have to miss another day now so that I can actually receive healthcare.
Wonderful group of nurses and doctors. My experience was excellent!
