Wait problem even if there are many stuff working , Employees like to chitchat more that get the line going A real struggle, wait time can exceed 20 min even if it's not busy, Plenty of rooms and many Employees , but less work There is always one good trying to keep up The rest hanging out That block need to be supervised, just saying
No easy way to talk to an actual person. The first phone number you leave a message and they return your call. I have yet to hear from someone and it’s been 3 days. One number was a sales pitch for roadside assistance. Not impressed. It should be user friendly. You would think they would make this easy when you are trying to pay a bill.
