CLE Clinic is terrible. Go elsewhere. They have very few General Practitioners taking new patients. You wait for months, and if you manage to get in, your provider will likely leave the practice before your next appointment. This happened to me multiple times. I had a primary care physician, and they left. I scheduled with another primary care physician, but that doc left before I even had the chance to see them. Sad to see how the CCF has turned into a scam agency over the years, now with terrible service as an added bonus. Their current state really makes one wish there were more options locally. Moving people to paperless billing without telling them - until the bill is sent to collections. Not providing accurate costs upfront as they're supposed to. Billing sometimes years later after a visit... I guess when they're short on cash? Billing multiple times for the same visit and same procedure. God forbid they provide bills that act... read more
