All of cleveland clinic has been a borderline nightmare to deal with. They are extremely hard to get a response from. Finding a specialist for my wife has been almost impossible they never follow up when they say they will. I have currently been on hold for 38 min and counting to make a post surgery appointment for my wife. The receptionist on the phone is clueless. My family and I have been patients at this practice for several years. We have been happy with the care given until lately. It has become untenable. The office will not return calls, respond to requests for a referral to a specialist, or answer written correspondence. I cannot blame the staff personally because I think the Cleveland Clinic ruins everything they become involved in. I have seen it not just here but at Vero Radiology also. Place is still a mess. Doctors come and go. The most frustrating it is hard to get an appointment and receptionists not the most helpful or friendly. I would look elsewhere.
My husband and I have had appointments with Brielle Buckley, PA, who works with David Hurst, MD. We are impressed with Ms Buckley's knowledge, efficiency, and pleasant patient care; and plan to continue with this office to obtain our primary care.
After seeing several specialists within the Cleveland Clinic community in and near IRMC, I made an appointment with Dr. David Hurst at this location, and have been very pleased with his competency. He now serves as my primary care physician. I like the convenient location and the service provided by the office staff, and having all my providers within the same system.
