5 stars for staff, especially a male who did the letter chart test. The wait was horrific, I shouldn't have my whole day wrapped up in an eye appointment. I feel bad for all the elderly who had to wait longer
I arrived on time for an 8:30 retina scan, and was kept waiting for over 45min. Once they took me back, the scan only took 2min! Then, because they made me wait so long, I had to pay for parking (free under an hour, but 45min wait means I was there over an hour) - and when I asked if they would validate, they refused!
