They took my insurance information and ID failed to tell me that it was out of network in charge me $920 for a strep throat test.
Dissapointment to the medical industry. Expect to get charged close to $500 for a 30 min visit. When I prompted the billing dept for an explanation-breakdown of charges it has been a 2 week process of them sending the same document in different formats. Never explaining why it cost so much. This ridiculous pricing and unsympathetic doctors will make me reconsider receiving medical assistance. This place does not care about you, only your wallet. 2 hours never called me back, I left. Had a pretty urgent need to be seen but not important enough I guess.
