Absolutely horrible experience! Arrived at about 2 pm with severe (9 or 10) abdominal pain. Am 73 years old. Wife not allowed in until I was put in a room. She sat in her car for 2 hours and called every 15 minutes (as directed). At 4:00 she was told not to call again! She came in to find a restroom and water. Then she discovered (on her own) that there is a waiting area for visitors of emergency room patients (never told).
