was a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. I called them in advance and informed them about the delay. When I arrived, they let me in and made me wait for two hours. After that, they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me that day and that I needed to schedule a new appointment. Joanne broccoli is the worst nurse practitioner i have ever met. Terrible attitude- i will never go back to a cleveland clinic.
