Horrible. Doctors are great, but the service is horrendous. Canceled my appt 15 min beforehand, I could not call back except to their central call center, which is horrible, and they sent my perscriptions to the wrong pharmacy twice, and at the wrong intervals. This was all one visit! Please leave our community, Cleveland.
Everyone was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Christina and Michelle were very efficient and professional.
HORRIBLE customer services. A referral was sent multiple times for my father and no one responded. They "claimed " they didn't get it but was with the doctor when he sent it. Called multiple times to get my father in and staff was not supportive. Moved care to another health system.
