To say I am disappointed in my level of care, if you’d call it that, would be an understatement. Firstly, the man at the desk was the ONLY good thing about this experience. Alas, the rest made it a wash. The nurse came to get me, and upon weighing me she commented on my weight. I found this unacceptable. The nurse was very knowledgeable about my particular medical issues and informed me about what I needed to know, and helped refer me to other specialists.
was a few minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. I called them in advance and informed them about the delay. When I arrived, they let me in and made me wait for two hours. After that, they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me that day and that I needed to schedule a new appointment. They should have told me this either before I came or at least before making me wait for two hours. I told them that I had called and informed them, and asked why they didn’t tell me earlier.
